2025 was more than a successful year. It was a turning point. We delivered, we expanded, and most importantly, we integrated. Not just within SRA’s systems but within its mission.

As the needs of our clients evolved, our delivery matured with them. This year proved that we can do more than staff projects. We can lead them.

Performance Meets Purpose

Across consulting and MSP, SolutiaxSRA Group stepped into larger roles. We delivered transformation initiatives, strengthened relationships, and expanded our presence across Canada’s private and public sectors. Our work grew in size and complexity. We saw deeper traction across central and eastern Canada, with growing engagement from federal and provincial organizations. This geographic expansion was intentional. It reflected strategic investments in people, partnerships, and process. Wherever clients needed support, whether in Ontario’s enterprise centers, British Columbia’s transformation projects, or Quebec’s hybrid integration landscape, our teams showed up ready.

One SRA, One Identity

The strongest story of 2025 was alignment.

Solutia no longer feels like a separate division within SRA Group. We now operate as One SRA in both practice and mindset. Collaboration across delivery teams, combined strategies for shared clients, and unified operations have reshaped how we work together. This shift did not happen without effort. It took shared systems, integrated workflows, unified responses to RFPs, and consistent communication across teams. The result is clear. We now present a stronger and more cohesive identity in the Canadian staffing and consulting landscape.

When Solutia and SRA work with one voice, clients notice.

What Comes Next in 2026

As we move into 2026, we are setting our sights higher. Our next chapter focuses on taking on deeper and more solution-focused engagements.

Our goals include:

  • Delivering more end-to-end transformation work in areas like AI enablement and quantum-safe readiness
  • Expanding our presence in the federal and provincial government sectors with a significant increase in outreach and capability development
  • Strengthening our delivery pods across key regions to ensure that local expertise supports national scale

Simply put, we are preparing for structured growth, not just expansion.

Closing Note

This year proved that thoughtful integration is more powerful than rapid expansion. In 2026, we will accelerate with intention. Our focus will be on strategic growth, stronger delivery, and deeper alignment across every region. Across Canada, from government offices to enterprise boardrooms, SolutiaxSRA Group is now recognized not just for participating, but for leading. And with SRA beside us, the next chapter is full of opportunity.
